Requirements for a NEW APEC Card application:

  Fill in an ABTC form and signed using a big Board/ permanent marker  (Download ABTC form )
  Application letter from your company
  Reference letter from Chambers of Commerce or Profession Association
  Good Conduct Behavior (SKCK) issued by Police office (Minimum issued by POLRES or POLDA)
  Copy of valid passport (minimum 2 years validity)
  Copy of Arrival stamp or visa of your last 6 months visit in one of APEC countries
  Original Bank Reference stating having the balance for
         minimum IDR.500,000,000,- (five hundred million Indonesian rupiahs)
  Copy of your Indonesian ID card (KTP)
  Color photo size 3X4 cm = 4 ea (latest photo) with the red background color
  Effective 3 July 14 - Government Fee is IDR. 2,500,000,- + Immigration charge for Express process Rp. 500,000,-
  Effective 3 July 14 - Rami Service fee is IDR. 2,500,000,-

The APEC Countries are:
Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chili, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, United States, Taiwan, Vietnam.

The APEC Business Travel Card is valid for a three-year period. Length of process is 4 months until 8 months. Effective January 2016, the validity of APEC Card is as per the validity of Passport (upto 5 years).

The renewal application can only be applied at the same month as per the expiry date the current APEC card. For example, the expiry date of the current APEC card is on 25 June 2016, then the renewal application can only be applied in June 2016.
